Animal Rescue/Cattery Permit City of Papillion

The Cattery License was designed to allow those who are responsible cat owners to have up to 10 cats.
Please fill out the following application to apply for the permit. When completed, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. It may take up to 4 weeks for an animal control officer to call you to schedule the inspection. Thanks for your patience!
