Socks needed a home  We needed a kitty to replace our beloved Spy Kitty of 14 years. We recently had to put our beloved Spy Kitty of 13 years to sleep. He was the first cat that I ever owned and he taught me how to love kitties. When we put him to sleep my wife said that there must be another kitty that needs a home. We heard on the radio that the Humane Society had too many kitties. Well that was it. My wife and I were split between a couple of cats until Socks, came into the room. She took an instant liking to us. That was it. Socks, now named Cleo, is well loved and a welcome addition to our home. She gets along with 2 small rat terriers, another rescue cat. One big happy family! She is my personal assistant and always lets me know when she needs petted with a nice head butt! |
