A Challenge!  Although Casey has provided us many challenges, she's still a joy to have as part of our family. We adopted Casey at the end of February since our previous dog passed away in early November. It was a big change from our old dog to this new puppy! She's very active and likes to get into everything. She thinks we're puppies too and likes to get a little rough. We are slowly training her out of the bad behaviors and she's learning to be a good dog. It just takes time and a bit of patience. She has bonded well with one of our cats and the other tolerates her (both came to use from the shelter also). So even though the household is a bit of a circus sometimes, we're one big happy family. |
