I saved Lilly & Lilly saved me  I saved Lilly & Lilly saved me I am 40 years old and have never owned a pet. My family is going through some very major hurdles and we are all just hanging on. I was watching TV. There was a program on that said owning a cat actually relieves stress. I took a look at the Humane Society website & saw Lilly. She was the prettiest cat I had ever seen. I mulled it over for a couple of weeks & then decided to take the plunge. I cannot describe how much I love my cat. She has brought more joy to our home than we have seen in months. It is true. The love a pet can give is priceless. I finally have something good to look forward to everyday & she has taken my mind off of our very tough troubles we are facing at this time. I feel she was put in our lives on purpose. She is 6 years old & is the kindest sweetest cat I have ever seen. I know she loves her new home & I am looking forward to many more years with Lilly. |
