Casper

We adopted Casper on January 5th, 2013

He was a little rough around the edges at first and clearly not house broke. He is a very smart dog. After 1 day, yes one day, we house broke him for the most part. He has only had one accident in the house since then and even then he made it almost all the way to the door. Casper only knew one command we he joined our family and that was sit. Since then he has learned lay down, roll over, and fetch. He likes to play with his new toys and is a joy to take on walks. We have decided not to crate him and instead when we are away we put him in a big walk in closet with a window and put a baby gate up instead of closing the door. This is working great. He is earning more and more trust every day and will work his way up to being able to roam the house while we are away.
