Daisy I adopted my wonderful cat, Daisy, from NHS on September 11. I adopted my wonderful cat, Daisy, from NHS on September 11. She is a 10 year old Siamese Lynx point who had been at NHS for about a month this time. She was originally brought to the shelter when her owner moved and did get adopted but the new home didn't work out so she came back to NHS. All 3 of my pets had died within the past year due to age-related diseases so I was looking for a new cat to love. Daisy is perfect. She was shy at first and hid, but now she runs around the house and jumps up in my lap to snuggle. She is very affectionate and likes attention. She talks a lot and likes to watch television with me. She is very happy here and I am very glad to have her. |
