We rescued Ripley back in February of this year...

She had been previously surrendered for behavioral issues. She was severely underweight and had a broken hip. We were looking for an older dog, but Ripley was just so sweet and smart she wiggled her way into our hearts and home.
She has settled in wonderfully and even the cats have finally decided they like her. Her hip is almost completely healed and she just loves to go to the dog park and zip around with the other dogs! We just finished obedience training, and hopefully as she matures we will work on becoming a therapy dog as she is the perfect size and demeanor for one.
Her favorite game at the moment is to find all the stuffed animals and pillows in the house and build pillow forts and nap in them. She has even built them for the other pets in the house.
