He Chose Us  We came to the Humane Society on a mission for a new addition to our family We spent over an hour combing the kennels in search of a dog that captured our hearts. There were so many cute dogs there that day! However, when it came time to meet them, the first two just didn't seem to be a good fit. Then in walked Willy (formerly Huckleberry). He was so sweet and gentle with our daughter (5 yrs old)! He came up to me and put his head in my lap and I knew he was the one. Since we brought him home, he has been a hoot! He is always making us laugh with his silly antics. He loves car rides and cuddling at night. He has been a blessing in our life. We all want to say thank you to the Nebraska Humane Society for all that you do! |
