Top Dog

It's ironic, because he's a cat

When we first adopted Todd (who was Keana) he was very sick. We didn't know this when we adopted him. He was a little stinky but very loveable and playful all at the same time. When we got home we noticed his sneezing, irregular bowels, and loss of appetite. Once I took him to the vet, she prescribed antibiotics to give him with food. We weren't able to give them to him because he still hadn't eaten. On the 4th day however he got up his appetite, and his courage to go after our chocolate lab's food. Which is almost penny size kibbles. Since then he's been more lively and what I think is more himself. He's a very brave kitty, considering he even has taken up the lab's bed! She is not very happy by the way! But slowly over time she's been warming up to him. Even though I know she would never like to admit it! Todd has somehow become our "top dog!"
