Rian's best friend, Jada  Rian's Best Friend, Jada A kind hearted dog and her unlikely best friend When we were looking at adopting a dog, our daughter, Rian, was 2 at the time. There was a litter of puppies that someone had dropped off and they thought was that they were left in a barn with little human contact. They were 3 months old. We were instantly attracted to the only one with long hair and so we were introduced. She was very shy towards us adult, but what sealed the deal was the fact that she instantly went over and laid down by Rian. She was not scared of her. We took her home that day and almost 8 years later, they are still the best of friends! She waits for her to get home from school everyday and cannot wait till she gets to go upstairs to Rian's bedroom to play. She follows her everywhere! She is by far the best dog we have ever had. She is so kind and gentle with everyone, yet protective when she needs to be. I'm dreading the day when she is no longer with us. She will be irreplaceable! |
